Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Bioperfectus products in the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted marketing initiatives that align with overall business goals.
  • Craft engaging and informative marketing content, including brochures, website updates, and social media posts, to communicate product benefits and brand messaging effectively.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, acting as a representative for the company to engage with potential customers and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Help shape and maintain the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage marketing assets and campaigns effectively.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights from research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and inform product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments, providing recommendations to senior leadership for adapting strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Alignment with Sales

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, case studies, and product information that aid in lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the life sciences, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written & verbal) is highly desirable.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders.
