Due to the sensitive nature of lab consumables and reagents, returns are not usually accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. We offer a 90-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt. Non-returnable items: Final sale items(e.g., clearance, gift cards) , custom products, reagents/chemicals, temperature-controlled products, service parts, and certain medical devices. Please see our full return policy for complete terms and conditions. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.
